AGENTBOX CONTACT, CALENDAR AND TASK SYNC PRIVACY POLICY

This policy applies to “Agentbox Contact, Calendar and Task Sync”, hereby referred to as the “app”

This app syncs your contacts, calendars, and tasks directly from your Agentbox CRM to your Google or Microsoft 365 (with Exchange) account. If 2-way sync is enabled, only data that originated in your Agentbox CRM can be modified in Google or Microsoft 365 (with Exchange) and synced back to the Agentbox CRM.

1. All traffic between this app and Google or Microsoft 365 (with Exchange) is encrypted in transit. This app utilises OAuth2 for authentication.
2. Your Google or Microsoft 365 (with Exchange) password is never visible to this app and is not stored within your Agentbox CRM
3. This app does not store your data, it is stored in the Agentbox CRM and in your Google or Microsoft 365 (with Exchange) account. The specific data stored in the Agentbox CRM is limited to the following:
   - Google/Microsoft id for contacts/calendars/tasks that will be used for syncing purposes
   - Contact data: name prefix, given name, family name, email address, phone number (home, mobile, work, work_fax), organisation (org name, org title), structured postal address content
   - Calendar data: status, summary, start, end
   - Task data: title, due, status
4. Your data is accessed strictly for the purpose of syncing contacts, calendars, and tasks from your Agentbox CRM to your Google or Microsoft 365 (with Exchange) account, and from your Google or Microsoft 365 (with Exchange) account to your Agentbox CRM account if 2-way sync is enabled.
5. The app does not use or store your location.
